Airtel network is not the fastest one week

My area slowly internet Last 20days back

My airtel 4g hotspot number is xxxxxxxxx.When I am trying to pay the bill, the portal is asking for OTP and It says that your OTP is sent to the registered number.My registered number is a bsnl number. I didnt receive OTP and am not able to make payment.When I called Airtel Customer care ,then they are saying that It is not possible to have BSNL phone as registered mobile number. Till last month ,It was not a problem. my contact number is xxxxxxxx

I have taken the airtel 4g sim three days back n since then im not able to send text messages or receive. No proper customer care numbers...All r directed to ivr. Its been very difficult as I'm unable to receive any otps n do any transactions. Please please provide a solution for me on priority.

The internet speed is very bad. I am getting 7mbps for a plan of 40 Mbps(monthly cost is 2500) especially in my Area(Gubbi Cross).
Looking forward to a quick fix.

Sir, we do not have a tower in our area. That's why I am saying that the tower in this area is 4G's.

Iam using Airtel SIM since 12 years I'd didn't use another SIM also now few months ago I brought 4g handset Using with Airtel 4G network But it's didn't have internet network also in my area which is near to guntur your saying fastest network I don't have network signal in my area I was complained about this 10 days ago till now no Response from your side I am trying to contact you but it's connected to customer care service.with out network how can I use my data why your cheating people with fack adds. We trust you but you betrayed us please resolve it otherwise we will go to jio it has good signals in all areas.

I have had a good WiFi connection since I purchased this WiFi connection a few months back. But off late since he last few days the connection doesn’t allow me to stream any content or even load simple internet pages. It has become extremely slow .
It is not resolving.

I am facing very poor Network of 4G in my area. I thought Airtel 4G in far better than Jio but since seeing condition of 4G here I think now jio is best. Maybe I have to port this Sim to jio if condition remain same.

As u hyped yourself as a best 4g network provider in india, being at lucknow the capital of a state here I find just nothing on your network neither 4g nor 3g.i m not the only one who is suffering form this there r many more like me...plz do some need full otherwise we all don't have options to switch on any other network.

I have 4G wifi router with 4G Sim having number XXXXXXX486. From last 2 days i am getting speed less than 1 mbps (0.8 mbps). This is not expected speed of 4G router. Please do the needful ASAP.

My son in law (Mr. Srinivasu Allappan) has taken a 4G lte wireless internet connection and is paying Rs.4000/-every month for the last few months. His 10 Digit connection No. is 8105 2861 79. Download speed is less than 1 MBPS and upload speed is 6 to 7 MBPS. I made a complaint to 9845012345 on 31-08-2017, complaint No. is 79083063. No response so far. I represented to the same no. on 06-09-2017. Ms. Shwetha Swarup who responded to my call promised that my problem will be solved by 48 hrs but no such remedy is forthcoming from your troubleshooters. Paying such enormous money for a HOME WiFi connection and not getting the desired speed for downloading is outrageous.
Tell us whether the defect can be rectified or we opt for another WiFi service provider.

I paid Rs.730.34 for March 2014 bill for Airtel 4G Lite (no. 8585830456) on 1.4.14 at 13:01 hrs. on-line using my HDFC Credit Card (no.5243681001835092). HDFC has given me a message that the said amount is paid to Bharti Cellur Ltd. but the on-line transaction screen disappeared without giving me the detail of the transaction id.
