- All days of the week except Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
Cancellation and Refund
- Users who couldn't download ticket but amount got deducted from Bank account are requested to initiate
refund request process. - An eligible visitor (valid ticket) , which is not being used for visiting , and not being used for refund /cancellation
will be accepted for request. - This request is processed by the ADMIN of zoo portal within ‘n’ working days.
- If all the details are matched, and then the ADMIN would refund the ticket base amount to the visitor and
cancels the ticket.
