Grievance/Complaints
In case of any complaint or query pertaining to any Transaction/s, the Tag Member may contact either by calling on Customer Care at 18001034568 (Toll Free) or sending an email to barodafastag [at] tollplus [dot] com/ barodafastag [at] bankofbaroda [dot] co [dot] in.
In case the Tag Member has any dispute in respect of any Transaction, the Tag Member shall advise details to Bank of Baroda within 30 days of the Transaction date.
The BOB bank will take 15 days to determines that the Transactions indicated is correct or incorrect, then it shall communicate the same to the Tag Member.
