Grievance/Complaints
- In case of any complaint or query pertaining to any Transaction/s, the Tag Member may contact either by calling on Customer Care at 18001034568 (Toll Free) or sending an email to barodafastag@tollplus.com/ barodafastag@bankofbaroda.co.in.
- In case the Tag Member has any dispute in respect of any Transaction, the Tag Member shall advise details to Bank of Baroda within 30 days of the Transaction date.
- The BOB bank will take 15 days to determines that the Transactions indicated is correct or incorrect, then it shall communicate the same to the Tag Member.
