For Refund/ Cancellation

• To get a refund, please send an email to customercare [at] bazaarifinance [dot] com with your transaction number
• You can request a refund within 7 days after making the payment.
• If amount is debited from you Bank Account/Card card but its a failed transaction due to any reasons, it will come back with the appropriate time.
• In case Bazaari Finance decided to refund the excess amount, it will be through electronic mode within 1 month of the claim acceptance.

Grievance Redressal

• If you have any query/complaint , then you can lodge your complaint online through Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Ombudsman.
