Return/Cancellation & Exchange

Returns can be done within 30 days of purchase in case of non-requirement
but the product/s must be in resalable/Unworn/and all tags attached condition.
Cancellation of any article is allowed before the order gets shipped.
Alternatively, you can email us at columbiacare [at] chogoriindia [dot] com with
the exactreason of exchange along with your invoice number.
Any request for exchange raised after 30 days of delivery of item will
not be considered.
Confirmation of receipt of the returned article will be sent to you post which
the request of exchange will be processed within the7-10 working days.

When the product is received under the warranty, we would replace it,
