If you have any query/complaints regarding you credit card, bank provides following ways to the customer to register their complaints / share their feedback.:

• For queries relating to Credit Cards :
  • Contact 24-hour credit card service helpline number 18602676789 or overseas customer service number +9144 69046789. DBS credit card is under the name of Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank SuperCard.
  • DBS Vantage credit card holders can contact to helpline number 18002094555 or overseas customer service number +91-44-66854555.
  • Credit card customers can email at supercardcare [at] dbs [dot] com for SuperCard, cardcareindia [at] dbs [dot] com for Spark Credit Card and vantagecareindia [at] dbs [dot] com for DBS Vantage Credit card.
