Sabse Gandi Company hai bhi koi bhi mat karan is per order kisi bhi cheez ka dikhate kuch aur hai bhejte kuch aure hai
froud company hai ye aur koi reply bhi nahi dete sala 1300rs. ki shirt book ki hai aur 20rs wali shirt bhej di patri per milti hi isse achi ,

worst service, i tried calling their number whereas none of their numbers are reachable. They lied and saying they tried to call on my number whereas i didn't receive any call, they didn't tried to reach to my address to deliver the package

Delayed courier service

I ordered July 25 from that day onwards it is showing intransit and destination depot but not reaching to my hand. All customers care numbers not working.one parcel delivery time takes around 15days .they are not responding such services I didn't see.

Parcel missing

Pathetic services, incompetent staff, some staff also misbehaved and have no clue about the whereabouts about my parcel. They also don't respond to mail, messages, tweets nothing. It's like a zombie company.

Poor service day by day

Hi Delhivery Team,

Unfortunately, I have to say that the services from your side are getting poor day by day of yours.

Neither we got any reply on mail nor we got any call from your side after so many requests also have asked about so many times about the particular orders still didn't get any reply from your side, I must say this is really not acceptable.

Order is not picked up sometimes and we are not getting informed about the same. And some orders are in transit from the last 12 days, at least inform us about it or drop a message or email about the same.

Services are far better before but now we have to fight with our clients every day due to nondelivery of the parcels.

Kindly assigned one concern person for us so that for any issue we can talk to him personally.

I hope you will understand our concern.
