Unhygienic food waste of time and money, dunoz costmer care wo

Yesterday night we have ordered dum biryani from rajadhani ruchulu which was full salty and food is like before day food and we just thrown the food into dustbin, regarding this we reached dunoz customer care but no proper response from them, waste of time and money, I don't prefer dunoz app and rajadhani ruchulu.

Expensive items missing from order

Hello
On the 4th of February I had sent a package through Dunzo. The package arrived at the destination with 2 items missing. After complaining, one of the items was delivered back. However, the most expensive item on the list was still missing. Dunzo promised to reimburse me for the delivery charge, but they refuse to reply to my messages about a refund for the item missing. tIL DATE i have not received a response.

Yesterday I ordered food. The delivery partner called me. He said that I do not have cash in here and I do not know where the ATM is here, so he told me that you give me money through phonepay,I paid 125 Rs to him, then after he blocked my number. I also sent the location on WhatsApp, he blocked me on WhatsApp too. He blocked me from everywhere.he went my food too.I called him many time he blocked my number, I have not received my money yet, I want my money back that's it.

Reg: Partner Delivery Fee

Hello Dunzo,
Whats your strategy against customers. We all know that you are not only the service provider. However, there are too service providers such as Zomato, Swiggy, and others in Indian market.
I didn't understand how the partner delivery fee structure works from your side.
My planned order: Veg Biryani Handi, from Hitech Bawarchi Food Court which costs Rs. 200, after discount of Rs. 100 it is around 110 along with tax. But I don't understand how this bill became Rs. 245 among which partner delivery fee was Rs. 135.
See Dunzo, u have shown free delivery charges and now you are asking for partner delivery fee, come on at least tell me what's does this partner delivery fee means ..
