Instagram Account Login & Password Reset Error

Dear Facebook Team,
I've been stucked in a serious trouble since last month. I changed my Instagram account password last time and last month i forgot my password. I tried to reset the password using Email and Phone, but i didn't recieved any password reset mail/message neither on email nor on phone. Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual Error

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Malek Zakir and my user name is malekzakir [at] rediffmail [dot] com. More than one year ago, I was asked to submit the IDs because my account was under the review. Thus, I submitted the my Driving ID which contain my name, photo, and birth date. However, I havent got any response from Facebook and whenever I try to login I always got same screen which contain "Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual" error. Not any other option provided or got email that can elaborate the problem. It's been a year and I am not able to access the my account. I have many things to post and need to connect my near and dear once. I cannot find any support chat feature on the website,so I can contact and resolve the issue.

Today when I login then I got the message that I have only 1 day left and my account will be disabled permanently. I was socked because it was not my fault, as screen said, due to COVID situation your company do not have enough staff so it might take longer than usual.
