Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation policy is different from purchased process in following ways -:
  • For instant electronic delivery/ instant downloads purchased are followed with no cancellation process.
  • For printed material cancellation request has to be raised within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders placed on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc are not processed for cancellation.
• For the refund contact service team within 20 days from the date of purchase with the order/ appliction number & with proper explanation of refunding reason.
