Return/Refund

• Customers wishing to return or exchange, must intimate support [at] gocoop [dot] com within 2 days of receipt
  of the product which is being returned or exchanged with supporting photos of the product mentioning
  the reason for return or exchange.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of products in good condition.
