Enquiry Through Missed Call

  • FASTag balance enquiry through missed call - Dial 9555555555 or 9990243331 from your registered mobile number.

Grievance/Complaints

  • In case of any complaint or query pertaining to any Transaction/s, the tag member may contact either by calling on customer care at 18002669970. In case the Tag member has any dispute in respect of any transaction. The tag member shall advise details to IDFC FIRST Bank within 7 days of the transaction date
  • If your FASTag lost/Stolen Or complaint is regarding of any incorrect amount debit, call at IDFC First Bank FASTag Call Centre number to register your complaint and also can register your complaint at IDFC Bank.

NHAI/IHMCL/MORTH has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing NETC FASTag complaints related to Toll Plaza. You can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline.

In case of harassment/misconduct/discourteous/rude behavior of toll collection staff :

  • Your complaint is to be lodged with respective project directors at the Toll Plaza. Email at etc [dot] nodal [at] ihmcl [dot] com or call on toll free number 1033.

Steps For Closure of FASTag

For closure of your tag, you have to share the below mandatory details in PDF format on the given email at etollservices [at] idfcfirstbank [dot] com

  • User id and registered mobile number
  • Self-attested scan copies of the RC book (both sides)
  • Bank Cancelled Cheque (Register owner name mentioned on it) 
  • Voter ID card, Passport or Driving License (Any one)
  • FASTag Cancellation consent letter (with signature)
  • Peeled off FASTag sticker
