Return & Refund

• You can return the products within 15 days of placing the order.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an
  email within 7 working days to notify you that team have received
  your returned item.
• If you have received any damaged product, please initiate a return
  within 3 working days from the time of delivery.
• The damaged product from your door-step and team will provide a
  replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 working days.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund

Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 2 working days,
  provided the item ordered by you has not already been shipped.
• You can return the products within 15 days of placing the order.
• Request for cancellation has to be placed by calling on our
  customer care number.
• Cancellation of order is subject to the approval of designated
  authority at Imagimake, based on the reason for canceling the order.
