Wrong address

I was sent a parcel from home. The destination pin and everything was correct when the item was booked at the source post office. After few days the website shows different destination address. How can you enter the wrong pincode? The pincode entered dont even exist. And now it is going back. Redirected due to insufficient address. I tried calling many post offices they never answer. This is such a shameful and disgusting way of working of the Indian Post .

My SBI ATM card has been despatched from Itanagar Post Office to Guwahaty on 03/04/2019. The same was again despatched to Tezpur post office on 07/04/19 and received at Tezpur on 08/04/19. Negligence of the post office

I am supposed to received a parcel sent from home to guwahati post office. The parcel was out for delivery for two days and still not yet delivered till the third day. Kept my parcel as 'withhold' for two days. If there can't be a delivery to the destination can't you people at least contact me through the no. Provided in the parcel. Complain: Undelivered Registered Post

Hi Team,
I want to report the non-delivery of the Registerd Post (Tracking # RU199658323IN) . While the online tracking shows it "delivered", I never received the package.
What's surprising is that my apartment tracks and records the movement of every visitor to the society and there is no data for the Registered Post Deliveryman - which means no one ever visited the apartment premises to deliver the Registered Post.

Would want to understand, how can I get the package from the Postal Deptt.?

Post Office Senior Ctizen Savings Sceme rule

Rule-4., SENIOR CITIZENS SAVINGS SCHEME RULES, 2004 says
4. (1) There shall be only one deposit in the account in multiple of one thousand rupees not exceeding rupees fifteen lakh :
[Provided that deposits by depositors under sub-rule (ii) of rule 2, shall be restricted to the retirement benefits received by them or rupees fifteen lakhs, whichever is lower.
Explanation.—For the purposes of this sub-rule, "retirement benefits" means any payment due to the depositor on account of retirement whether on superannuation or otherwise and includes provident fund dues, retirement/superannuation gratuity, commuted value of pension, cash equivalent of leave, savings element of Group Savings Linked Insurance Scheme payable by employer to the employee on retirement, retirement-cum-withdrawal benefit under the Employees' Family Pension Scheme and ex gratia payments under a voluntary retirement or a special voluntary retirement scheme.]

It means only an employee in Govt or organized private sector can open SCSS account after retirement. There are many persons particularly poor women who earn very little all through their life in unorganized sector like tuition, handicraft, maid sevant, etc, or selling their old paternal ornaments that they do not use now, and want to deposit the amount in SCSS after the age of 60 years, even if they continue their work. Can they do it? In case the answer is yes, can they do it if their spouse being an ex-employee in organized sector and have such account with maximum limit of 15 lakhs?

My friend from Korea send me parcel atleast twice in a year. I got my parcel box torn at the corner and items were lost several times.

Please Note

As you know Indian post service is useless. Please don't aspect good service from post office. If you you are lucky then you will receive call from post master but by mistake you missed call then forget about next attempt (and standers) and even post master will not receive you'r (any) call if you try to call back.
