Refund not come

I book a movie show in rajkot reliance mega mall at 10am at 7/10/2001 but the show was cancel and they told to me that your payment will come in within 48 hours but still my payment not come

मै गया था Inox मे मूवी देखने मै पेमेंट किया पेटीएम से लेकिन वह पेंडिंग मे चला गया स्टाफ ने कहा आप कैश देदो मैने देदिया एक मिनट के बाद पेमेंट कंफर्म होगया स्टाफ से बोला कि पेमेंट कंफर्म हो गया है उसने बोला आप को रिफंड आ जायेगा
आज दो महीने हो गए अभी तक नही आया दो तीन बार जा चुका हू कभी बोलते है 14 दिन मे आ जाएगा कभी बोलते है मैनेजर नही है बस ऐसे ही चल रहा है
