Really disappointed with the non-existent customer service from Instagram. A great deal of people are having their accounts wrongful disabled, including myself and contacting a customer representative who works at Instagram is impossible.

Instagram tells users to use the Help Centre, but none of the appeal forms work and as a result, no one can gain access to their account again. See attached screenshot for the error message I receive. I've had account for over long period of time so it's very important to me. It’s saddening that I have had no luck getting my account back and that many other people are experiencing the same frustration with their accounts too.

Instagram needs to change their appeal forms so that people can actually submit their requests to get their accounts back. If someone could please help me I would be really appreciative. My account was @dheerajpradeep.c

I was trying to log in to my account ... I lost my phone with the contact number registered in instagram, so I can't get a verification code from that old mobile device. I already tried resetting my password through email and logging in through facebook. Still requires the verification code sent on the old mobile device.
I already wandered and explored instagram help center and didn't get a valid solution from almost all tabs.
I have lost my Instagram link phone number. So, I can't access my Instagram account. kindly send verification code through my mail Id, so that after login Instagram my old number remove, and present number is updated.
