Block Credit Card

• If you want to block your credit card, then you can block through Mobile App or by the steps given below:
  Prefix local STD code Dial 39 02 02 02 (24*7) or 18601801290
• You can also block through SMS:
  SMS send BLOCK XXXX (Last 4 digit of your card number) to 5676791 from your registered mobile number.
  

Report Lost/Stolen Credit Card

• In case your Card is lost or stolen then you can contact at this number 18602581916 , 18004196500 , 022-40426031 or email at creditcardsupport@kvbmail.com or customersupport@kvbmail.com . (Only on bank working days 10am-6pm)
• If you want to block your card, then you can made it through following channels:
  Mobile Banking (Dlite)/ Net Banking: Credit Cards -> Requests -> Card Hot-listing -> Select Card ->
  Select Reason (Card Lost/ Card Stolen/ Card Damaged/ Fraudulent Transactions on card) -> Submit
