Return and Refund Procedure

• For return/refund you can contact on 022-68562005 or you can email at kerastaseordersupport [at] ndslindia [dot] com within 48 hours after the delivery.
• There is no exchange and return for the item that are opened and used, any Charges for the return will not be refunded.
• To return, items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging, not damaged and should be with the original receipt.
