Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• If you have any query/complaint, then you can contact at 022-61796409 or email at contact [at] kifshousing [dot] com
• You can also contact your nearest KHFL Branch Manager.
• Your complaint will be heard within a period of 5 days from the date of complaint.

Level 2 :

• If you are not satisfied by the resolution provided by the Branch Manager, then you can contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer :
