Level 1:

• You have any query or complaint , firstly you have to call at 18005723013 or email at customer.support@kshema.co
• You can also fill this Grievance Form

Level 2:

• If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at level 1 then you can contact to the Grievance Officer 8977514400

Level 3:

• You can lodge your complaint online through Bima Bharosa, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDAI) or  you can complaint online through Council for Insurance Ombudsman (CIO)
• You can also contact IRDAI Grievance Call Centre 18004254732, 155255 and email at complaints@irdai.gov.in
• If your query is still not resolved then you can contact to the Insurance ombudman given below:
