Level 1

  • If you have any query/complaint, theu you can contact to the customer helpline number between 6am-11pm or email at support@livquik.com or you can contact to the Self Care Portal.
  • It may take 2 working days to resolve your query.

Level 2

  • If your query is not resolved within 2 days, then your complaint will automatically escalated to Customer representative at:

  • It will take 7 working to resolve your complaint.

Level 3

  • If your query is not resolved within 7 days or youu are not satisfied with the solution given in Level 2, then your complaint will automatically escalated Level 3 Customer Representative at:

  • It will take 15 days to resolve your query.

Level 4

  • If Your Query is sitll not resolved within 15 days, it will excalated to the Nodal officer:
