Zipcare Fraud by Croma, Porvoim Goa
I purchased a Croma AC from Croma store at Porvorim, Goa in April 2023. Simultaneously,I purchased their Zipcare (unlimited maintenance) plan for Rs. 6999/-for four years to commence after expiry of brand warranty of one year i.e. to be effective from April 2024 and to end in April 2028. While selling the Zipcare plan their sales executive promised that any complaint raised under the said plan will be attended within 48 hours. I lodged a service request on 10th March 2025 for servicing of my AC, which has not been attended by them till today i.e. 21 March 2025. I have asked them that if they're not able to fullfill their contractual obligations, they should refund the money obtained through false promises. They are neither attending my complaint nor refunding the money. To me it seems all a scam. All would be customers of Croma, please beware of their false narratives.

I have visited Croma Ulwe, Navai mumbai Store on 10th November 2024 for the purchase of LG washing machine. They fraudulently charged twice the processing fees for the purchase through Bajaj Finance. I complained concerned officer, but they unable or not interested to understand the fraudulent billing details and closed my request to take the necessary actions against those involved in this fraudulent activities. Customers are requested to see the FINANCE AGREEMENT Amount in the billing of Croma with your financer and your purchase price, if it shows the differrence you are cheated with upfront processing fees.

Poor service Croma Bangalore Ashoka Pillar Branch
This Branch has more Sales personnel than customers. As you enter these idiots throng on you as if they care for you so much.
Once you buy the equipment, thats it. They just dont care for you.
In my case I bought 4 Nos. Croma 1T unit. They were just rushing to deliver the units. I told them only after they survey the site conditions they should deliver and install the units subsequently.
They said Yes Yes Yes for everything. But what they did was just, blindly delivered the units. Subsequently when their AC engineers saw the site they say the drain pipe laid is not ok and many things. My request was absolutely straightforward,. I am buying the AC units for my new flat. If at all there is requirement for changing to another brand, another unit they should inter-change. Inspite of agreeing to this, they were playing hide and seek. Saying another model not in stock, higher tonnage is not there and various reasons. I dont think they are good people to deal with.

misrepresentation on zip warranty
Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased an voltas window air conditioner with your company along with extended warranty service package for 36 months from croma Prabhadevi .
I had complained as air condition cooling was not available on 6th Feb 2024. There was delay & no one arrived at my place to solve issue. Now again I have complained on 19th Feb the technician came on 22nd & checked the machine. He said he will come next day with another person & will solve issue as he was unable to bring the machine out as it was a window air condition he thought it was a split .Today I called him what time he is coming then he asked for money to come again.
I have taken the 36 months zipcare.my complaint of non cooling is not solved. Kimdly do the needful ASAP. As I am a senior citizen & I have taken this with croma assurance.

One of the worst customer service by Croma. They are least bothered about customer complaints. They will not fix the issue but will close the ticket raised, more importance towards ticket closure than fixing or providing a resolution.
Issue not resolved.
It's been like a month and a half i raised my complaint regarding the washing machine but my issue isn't resolved yet. So called technicians never show up and even after calling they don't attend the calls, showroom staff is a waste and of no help at all. Location hubli Karnataka.

We have bought 3 TV from your Croma Centre on dated 18th Oct, 2019 & 20th Oct, 2019 from your Ahmedabad Iskon Branch Croma Centre
Regarding that all tv has been transfer to Rajkot Address that have been received after 5 days but till date installation is still pending and we have many time follow up but no response from croma ahmedabad all the sales team.
This is the worst and very poor services after sales in croma.
So, our management has been decided to return this product and refund our payment.
