Grievance Redressal

Level : 1

• If you have any query/complaint, then you have to call :-

• You can also visit your Nearest Branch between 9:30am to 6pm (1st, 2nd Saturday, all Sundays, and public holidays).

Level : 2

• If your query is not resolve, then you can contact to the head of Grievance Complaint Redressal Cell :

• It will take 5 working days to resolve your query.

Level : 3

• If you still not satisfy with the response, then you can contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) :

• If your query is still not solved within a period of 1 month, then you can lodge your complaint online through National Housing Bank (NHB).
