Grievance Redressal

Tier 1:

  • If customer have any Complaint or Grievance he may contact customer care office to the:
    • Level 1: Customer Relation Officer
    • Level 2: Customer Relation Managers
    • Level 3: Concern Departmental Heads with prior appointment
  • For complaint/Grievance customer can also fill the complaint form.

Tier 2:

  • Customer can file their complaints for the redressal of their grievances related to defective/ faulty in bill or services or any non- compliance of standards & directions to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) at:
