Cancellation/Refund

• To cancel tickets booked through the Nuego website or app, follow these steps:
  • Sign into the app and click on "Manage Booking."
  • Navigate to "Upcoming Trips" and select the PNR you want to cancel.
  • At the end of the PNR details, click on "Change Booking" and choose the option to cancel the booking.
    
• If tickets were booked via other sources, contact the respective operator for cancellation and refund inquiries
• Cancellation charges apply according to the cancellation policy
• Refunds for tickets booked through the Nuego platform will be credited back to the source within 7 working days
