Worst stay ever. We had booked a room by OYO with advance booking but after reaching there charged extra money. We was there for exam.We are students we don't have much extra money to pay tham . If they will charge like this. How we will have a good stay somewhere. This is so wrong. OYO is getting worst. That time we was only girls in new city. That property Manager was snatching my phone to rate himself and was abuse me . OYO SRT and RedAlert Team gave me commitment for block the property but after that they were denying, I recommend Never go inside OYO if you want to become safe.

I booked hotel oyo 10239 holiday inn paradise on 7th Aug 2021. It accepted my booking at 6:30pm and I paid 960 in advance. Then at hotel he refused me to check in as it already 8pm. Now oyo is not able to refund it back either in form of oyo money or real cash. Totally disappointed.

yesterday 27jul20 .I was made a booking for three people with oyo 63527 hotel seventeen ( booking id number UHFL8752 .but when i reached the hotel the reception boy deepak sharma can't allow me to checkin my third pax inside one room.afterthat he asked me to buy a new room for third person.i pay 500 extra for second room( offline booking).when i was entered in room i saw the room no 201 it was very dirty unhygienic and not sanitize.after that i call to deepak reception boy he asked me we don't have the housekeeping boy to make room please adjust in one room.I asked to deepak please give me another room he says to me we don't have another room.
in night time 1 am there is no water in washrooms we want to stay in full night but after having these problems we decided checked out 2:30 am.

We have booking at Jalsa Resort ,booking ID -WGBV2745 For Check In on 24th Nov 19 & check out on 25th Nov 19 which was refused by the property saying that our contract has already been cancelled 4 months back ,so we conveyed to OYO ,so they offered another property .but we clearly conveyed that we dont want any rooms in other property as we had a function at Jalsa Resort only.

We have been constantly following up for a refund and final bills so that we can further bill to our corporate. Refund I understand takes time due to accounting procedure. Complaint about Hotel Silver Palace DX, Delhi
I had booked a room for 2 days wef 5th Nov.2019 at oyo Hotel Silver Palace DX, Delhi vide booking id WAQP8134. The property staff Mr. Sandip Kumar told us that at the time of checking they wanted full amount money from us and also mentioned they don't have swipe machine as OYO gave us assurance about swipe machine, it causing unwanted harassness to us.. In the night at around 11:10 we had entered the hotel and as soon as we kept our luggages and went out for searching ATM. We maximum took 1 hr. As we entered the hotel to inform them that we have to check out as the ATM machine was not working and also condition of the room is simply horrible. They were harassed us a lot and also taken one day room rent. As we have shown them message from OYO where it was written that our hotel booking has been cancelled. Though they were extremely harassed us and the behavior of Mr. Sandip Kumar is very rude.

We have booked room through oyo 1 week before but when we went to. Hotel they simply says that no rooms are available and when we call to the customer care they simple says sorry because of them 2 girls suffered early morning to get another room so dont belive OYO in last movement they may give hand to u
Horrible experience
We booked a room through oyo in Brookhaven Mississippi.. the rooms were nasty n we had booked three times online for the front seat not to have our reservations.. we had our room half ass cleans 1 day out of a whole week we stayed ... we had to ask for towels trash bags n even borrow a broom to sweep our floor.. The owner got into a heated disrespectful argument with a woman customer cause they gave one of her room keys to a non staying person who she was running from ... My grand son was bitten by a spider in the room n it was confirmed by our dr once we got back to Colorado n is not on medication... I will never book oyo again or in that hotel in Mississippi straight bs n no way to contact anyone to complain stay away
Refusal by hotel owner for checkin at spot
I had booked a room for 2 days wef 17th Nov.2019 at oyo hotel ashoka guest house vide booking id BNZK7895 with full amount paid in advance but refused to checkin by the property owner at the time we reached the hotel causing unwanted harassness to us.. For refund also no action taken evenif several phone calls and interactions with oyo customer care. It destroys the trust of people on oyo.. Oyo should be serious in this type of cases and take action on these type of 3rd grade hotels

I have also booked a room in manali in hotel name cairn villa same case happened with me the advance amount was fully paid and at the time of check-in hotel owner refused from check-in and was talking about some tarrif hike in lieu of which he told me the increase amount of 2k rupees. This is the pathatic experience with oyo and as I booked this through goibibo then both are untrustworthy for me and I will try not to take services from both of these agencies in future. I will also try to highlight this on Google reviews so other customers can be helped.
Oyo custoner care avoided my
Oyo custoner care avoided my issue by putting me on hold for an hour, I have booking shifted multiple times away from metro station. They are making money and creating issue for customers at the last moment ruining their plans. First a guy talked to me then the regional manager who is a lady and that lady put me on hold for a hour avoiding me and my issue with Oyo booking. I called from Delhi around 11:50 am on Monday December 9, 2019.
