As of now now merchandize has been received nor refund.
I tried to reach SREENATHJI FASHIONS website not functioning. It seem to have transferred the purchase information to RICHRICA which does not open.
I called the number provided, it is all way switched off.
I sent msg to Razorpay about this problem by email about 2 weeks ago, no reply.
I visited your website to file the complain and refund, there is no where to register a complain or request for refund.
I call your toll free number provided, recording comes telling that due to covid, there is no one to answer the phone. Phone can be answered sitting at home!
All this indicates to me signs of fraud.
Please refund my money within 4 days or I will submit the documented complaint against Razorpay and SREENATHJI FASHIONS, Surat.

I ordered 4 tops on 6th July (total amount is 411) I paid them for my order but still they showed me that my payment is pending. And it's 11th July today I still didn't got my order id.
