Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• You can use our complaint/suggestion box, walk-in, phone call, or directly write us an email/letter at our branch office within 48 hours.

Level 2 :

• If your complaint is not resolved within 48 hours or if you are not satisfied by the solution provided in level 1, then you can contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer :
