Sir I ordered 8 monks but only get 4 monk. I paid for 8 monk. Please solve my problem

I have ordered 10 boxes of fridge vegetable container,but I received only 8 boxes 2 boxes are missing ,on same day i complained raised with customer service also,they told on Nov 18 you have replacement for my order,but today I checked in shopsy app it's was cancelled what is this..I want a refund for incomplete order pls help me to get my money back.

I ordered 5 shakers from shopsy Flipkart but they delivered the order with the single piece with labels 5 quantity on the box...I was out of town so I said the delivery to give my order to my neighbour....and the quantity which I ordered was 5 but I got only 1..

Shopsy is degrading day by day
