Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• You can visit to the nearest branch and report your complaint/grievance by filling out the Complaints Register.

Level 2 :

• If your complaint is not solved within a period of 5 working days or if you are not satisfied by the solution provided in level 1, then you can contact to the Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer :
