Return/Refunds

• If the product arrives with a defect please mail at ultracare [at] elgiultra [dot] com 
  within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
• Customer Care executive will inspect and verify the defective goods.
• In case defective merchandise recalled post inspection by our Customer Care executive,
  must be returned unused, in the original packaging
• No Refund or Returns for Order Cancellation.
• Once payment is made order cannot be cancelled.
