Grievance/Complaints
- In case of any complaint or query pertaining to any Transaction/s, the tag member may contact on customer care at 18002586400.
- If your FASTag lost/Stolen Or complaint is regarding of any incorrect amount debit, call at Union Bank of India Fastag Call Centre number to register your complaint and also can register your complaint at Union Bank of India branch.
- For Tag closure, you can contact nearest branch or send a mail with closure request letter and cancelled cheque or account statement copy on fastag [dot] dbd [at] unionbankofindia [dot] com. Tag will get close and balance amount will be refunded within 10 working days in your bank account.
NHAI/IHMCL/MORTH has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing NETC FASTag complaints related to Toll Plaza. You can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues:
- Toll Plaza not accepting FASTag
- Toll Plaza not able to read FASTag
- Toll Plaza not supporting monthly pass
- Other Toll Plaza level complaints
