Withdraw Cash Procedure
- In Money Addition Customers can add money based on their KYC status. Non-KYC customers can add a maximum of 10,000 INR at a time with a 10-minute cooling period between transactions. Customers with KYC (Aadhar mandate) can add up to 200,000 INR at a time.
- In Normal Withdrawals Customers with full KYC can make normal withdrawals with a minimum of 100 INR and a maximum of 20,000 INR. They are limited to 3 transactions in a single day.
- In Instant Withdrawals Customers with full KYC can make instant withdrawals with a minimum of 100 INR and a maximum of 50,000 INR. They are also limited to 3 transactions in a single day, and there is an additional charge of 10 INR deducted from the withdrawal amount each time.
