Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• If you have any query/complaint for two wheeler loan, so you can contact to the branch head/in charge :

• It will take 7 working days to solve your queries.

Level 2 :

• If you doesn't receive any response or if you are not satisfy with the solution, then you can contact to the regional manager.
• It will take 7 to 10 working days to resolve your query.

Level 3 :

• If you are not satisfy with the solution given by the above level, then you can appeal to the Business Heads.
• They will solve your query within 30 working days.

Level 4 :

• If your query is still not solved within a period of 1 month, then you can lodge your complaint through Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
