Dear sir,
Few days back some random girl sent request on facebook account and started messaging me and making nude video call with me. She recorded the whole video and after that started blackmailing me and said that she will send this video to my facebook friends so in fear of getting leaked i pay her the demanding amount. So today I got a call from person introducing me as crime branch officer from Delhi and stated that he has video from YouTube regarding the inappropriate video being uploading, after he said if I want to get out of this they want YouTube concession later and give me one person mobile number and asked me to talk with him. So when I called him he asked me concession fees of about 21000 to put down the video. And if I am not able to pay the payment the video will be uploaded on YouTube. Also want to know that is YouTube charge any concession fees to put the video down
Please help me out to put the video down if so the video being uploaded

Same thing happened to me yesterday! This can be a scam.
Because why would YouTube care ask for money for deleting the video? And even if the Crime branch wants to delete or block some video or profile they can do it by themselves, for that purpose only Cyber crime is working. Why will they seek help from others? Moreover youtube Will not ask money for deleting videos. For example, if any video is being uploaded in YouTube and that violates your rights and privacy then you can report the video by mentioning the valid reason then the YouTube will verify that video and the user who uploaded the video in next 24hours. If the reason for reporting is valid then they will delete the video and take proper action on the channel. But even I am not sure how to solve this but I didn’t respond any calls from those scammers again.
