Test reports for

The reports have been sent to my e mail but unable to download.
The link also not opening.
All I need is the report , spend g so much time on this seems foolish .
Please send reports as an attachment to my e mail id.
Your web services are really bad only when it comes to reports . Rest all activities seem working well ??
