I have bought split ac 1.5 ton. After two yrs.not getting proper cooling. So I call so many time to customer service but they are not coming to check.i hve advise don't buy ifb products. Very worst service
I have purchased a 1.5 ton split AC on the month of March, 2019. Initially it was not cooling. I hv contacted the customer care but they were so reluctant to provide the service that's very difficult to explain. Ultimately one person came on 18th June but cldnt solve the problem. Still it's not working properly. After 18th June to till date I have not received any service call or visit of any maintenance people at my place. Already 7 months is over. I am really fed up with the worse service of this company. I would request nobody should go for IFB.
Good morning to IFB team,I had ordered 10 Ac’s for my home and Off.To my utter surprise after getting three Ac’s installed I noticed that there was no cooling at all in one Ac and in another Ac the internal unit was damaged.After realising my mistake of choosing a wrong company I immediately cancelled the rest of my order(regret of shifting my loyalties from Hitachi a professional company to unfortunately IFB)Till date it has not been resolved...A big No No to this unprofessional inefficient company
This company doesn't provide spare parts to service centers. Within 6 months from purchasing IFB 30SC4 model microwave, the heater tube started having complaint. For two months, we waited for spare to arrive. Nothing happened till now ( as of Sep 2019 ). The service center didn't get the spare parts of the respective model.

I pr chased ifb washing machine in Oct 2018 and from the first day it started giving trouble your engineers were unable to resolve the issue.
you should have replaced the machine but not resolved till today.
I am going to publish on social media and face book not to buy IFB APPLIANCES and I myself will stop buying ifb and also advice my friends and relatives not to go for ifb
