I received watsapp message yesterday for apply credit card. After details given by there is no response and when I call on that number today one girl who pick call said that he didn't messege me he don't know about that but still claiming that she is from Indusind Bank

Fraud with newly issued CC
IndusIndBank: You guys should stop selling Credit Cards especially when you cannot provide services for it.
I received a new Credit Card yesterday morning and a fraud transaction happened in a few hours. I tried to raise it with the support centre and they have not been co-operating at all.
On top of it, they told me that the fraud transaction is not our liability and you need to pay for it.
Disgusted with the services and the attitude. I would never encourage anyone around me to use Indusind's products.
