Redemption money wrongly credited to other acct by kotak, no as
I Suhas J shah bearing kotak mutual funds and applied for redemption on 13th aug 2020.
Kotak had wrongly credited the redemption amount into wrong account&this has been brought to their notice but to date no action has been taken by kotak or CAMS,the agency who handles on behalf of kotak.
Despite repeated reminders through emails are unanswered.Customer care numbers are always ringing&ringing,and no replies,this is going on for past 21 days.
I sincerely request the kotak management to look into all these aspects &help the customers in their needy times.
My folio number -
I am in bad need of money &when the hard earned money doesn't come to your help ,then it is suggested to stop putting money into mutual funds &instead put in some reliable services where your money is safe & can be withdrawn in the need .
A step to help the customers shall be highly appreciated.

KYC Details were NOT updated till I lodged the Complaint
I submitted KYC details in the month of February 2018 for First & Joint Holders - Folio No. / Account No. 81397 / 55. The First Holder's KYC Details were updated but NOT for Joint Holder. When I lodged complaint the KYC Details get updated.
I would like to know why joint holder's KYC was NOT Updated? YOU DO NOT UPDATE TILL INVESTOR LODGE COMPLAINT? WHERE IS ESCALATION PROCUDRE / EMAIL Ids OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINT??
Your Registrar CAMS SERVICE IS THE WORST.... THEY MAKES LOTS MISTAKES IN KYC DETAILS AND INVESTOR HAS RUN FROM PILLER TO POST TO GET IT CORRECTED.....
PLEASE REPLY why joint holder's KYC was NOT Updated? HOW SUDDENLY GET UPDATED WHEN INVESTOR LODGE COMPLAINT..
