Urgent: Non-Delivery of Maharashtra Times Newspaper
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the non-delivery of my Maharashtra Times newspaper. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month, I have not received the newspaper at my new address yet.
I recently moved to a new location, and it appears that the delivery has not been updated accordingly. Could you please ensure that my subscription is updated with my new address and that the newspaper delivery resumes immediately?
I have also mailed to crm [dot] pune [at] timesgroup [dot] com including all details and attachment proofs.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Paper subscription taken but not received the Paper Yet

I have taken an online Maharastra Times paper subscription, and it's almost 2 weeks over but not gotten the paper Yet.
Could you please check and resolve the issue?

Sir, I have already submitted subscription for the year 2024/25 vide cheque for Maharashtra times paper but paper not received from 24/05/2024 to till date. Hence you are therefore requested to don't clear my cheque or arrange regular paper service.

शाहूनगर चिंचवड येथे राहत आहे मी एक जानेवारी 2023 ला मराठी महाराष्ट्र टाइम्स ची वार्षिक वर्गणी भरली आहे सदर रक्कम चेकने भरली आहे आणि ही रक्कम फेब्रुवारी 2023 ला जमा झालेली आहे आमचे पेपर वाले दीक्षित हे मी वर्गणी भरलेली असतानाही मला आठवड्यातून एकदा किंवा दोनदा महाराष्ट्र टाइम्स मराठी टाकत नाहीत त्याऐवजी दुसरा पेपर टाकतात मी कारण विचारले असता मला सांगण्यात येते की पेपर कमी आले आहेत मी वार्षिक वर्गणी भरली आहे मग मला दररोज महाराष्ट्र टाइम्स मराठी का मिळत नाही याबद्दल आपण काहीतरी कार्यवाही करावी धन्यवाद

I sent two mails, viz 7th and 9th OCT 2022 regarding the deliveries/subscription schemes etc. on your email ID grievance [dot] mt [at] timesinternet [dot] in. There hasn't been any response from you yet, forget about the action, not even an acknowledgement from MT. Sorry state of affairs.

have paid Annual subscription payment for Maharashtra Times marathi paper in December
2020 with subscription form no. T0058015 A by name Uddhav Gawande with address 9, Gokul colony Jawahar nagar Akola 444005 But unfortunately delivery of paper is not received.

I do-have simmilar experience Aundh, Pune area. In last year there were 3/4 incidents wherein we didn't receive the new paper. Today is the first incident in this year 2022. Sometime I feel that they are just making us fool.
