Old connection

I have been installed tata sky dish before 1 year, but because of location change from pune to bombay I have removed dish, and it was out of work since 1 year till the date. Now I am in pune & I have to reconnect it. Will my old tata id exist or I will get new Id? How can I re-installed it and what is the procedure to do so? Please help me out. Thanks.

Tata Sette Box out of order and Recharging

Respected sir, I am BL Chauhan, General Manager on behalf of Hotel Shine 72 KalaAmb, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh , that we have installed 30 LCD TVs with Tata Sky Satte Box, and One Tata Satte Box of them is out of order.
Therefore you are requested to please provide a especial services to us for repairing of Tata sky satte box.

My Tata Sky Consumer ID 1030754913 I recharge Rs. 302/- dated 28/10/2011. My Registrar Mobile No. is 8082419582 amount showing correct but My T.V. Screen Home my balance is shown in incorrect amount . Please confirm and up dated balance on the T.V. Screen .

MY TATA SKY CONSUMER ID 1039955883. I HAVE PAID ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF RS.5700/= ON 15.12.2010 FOR MY TATA SKY BOX 1+1 ADDITIONAL AGAINST SUPER VALUE PACK. AND ACCORDINGLY THIS PACKAGE SHOULD BE VALID UPTILL 14.12.2011. BUT TATA SKY HAS REPORTED THAT MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN EXPIRED ON 10.10.2011. I HAVE SENT EMAIL ON 13.10.2010 ON THEIR help [at] tatasky [dot] com, BUT NOT REPLY RECEIVED. I AM SURPRISED HOW MORE THAN TWO MONTHS REDUCED BY THEM. I NEVER EVER ASKED FOR ANY SPECIAL MOVIE.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE EXPLANATION. IF I PAY AGAIN FOR ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE, I WILL NOT BE CHEATED. I MUST GET GET SATISFACTORY REPLY, OTHERWISE I WILL SK HELP FROM CONSUMER FORUM.
