Very Poor Service by 1 MG. I have ordered 2 medicine and expected date was 6th Jan 2020 but still I have not received my medicine. I needed this medicine on urgent basis but 1 MG people seems very careless. Called to Customer care 3 times but yet I didn't receive my medicine. Somebody needs to take action on this. This is stupidity.

Money not returned yet
My order was booked on 14th September. I did not receive my order. They called and said that the medicine got damaged while delivery hence they will have to cancel my order and I will have to reorder. I reordered and they took the same amount previously paid again for the medicines. A text had come that the refund process has been initiated but it's been more than a month and I haven't received the refund. The customer care no. never works. Only once I did connect to a person and he assured that the refund will reach within a week (That was back in September after 10 days of the text 'the refund has been initiated', today is 22nd of October). But it has not yet been received by me. And I am not able to connect to any customer care no.

Wrong medicines
I ordered 2 bottles of rantop and 1 bottle of foutus b includes all medicines. The 1mg split the order into 2 and delivered as 2nd order. With all the other medicines. Total in fortis b and 2 rantop but this team has delivered pantop mrs 2 bottles. I wanted to return the same with the help of customer care the pickup. Completely wrong usage of customers for your growth your company policy says any medicine that can be ordered and return should be within 30 days period of time. Don't you feel ashame on you
I need alternate medicines as I ordered otherwise I will post the complaint on the cybercrime.
