Grievance Redressal

For service request/complaint registration process, to lodge a complaints, you have to follows these given steps:

Level 1

  • For lodging, a service request/complaint online, contact helpline number 1800 266 2256 (Toll-Free) or 1860 266 2256 from any Landline & Mobile: Monday to Sunday (9 am – 8 pm).or email to customer service desk at hello [at] acko [dot] com
  • They will acknowledged you complaint within 24 working hours after investigating the matter internally, they will send response within a period of 5 working days.

Level 2

  • If you are not satisfied with the decision given by customer support team, you can email at grievance [at] acko [dot] com, your complaint will be responded to you within 15 working days from the date you addressed the complaint to the given Email.
  • For senior citizen please contact at 080-68843621.

Level 3

  • If you are not satisfied with the decision taken from the customer care you can contact to grievance officer, your complaint will be responded to you within 7 working days from the date you addressed the complaint to officer at:
