Complaint of non-functional SMART LED TV

Sir,
I had bought a SMART LED 32” TV in Oct 2018 Online. Since last week it is not functioning. I have tried to contact customer care since and the call could not get through. With no option left I am sending this mail.

Mixer burn in in days after purchase

Main Activa company ka mixer purchase kiya tha but woh do din mein hi chal gaya jab Snapdeal company ko complete ki to unka kehna hai ki hamare warehouse mein bhejo agar o mere address pe bhej sakte hain to collect bhi kar sakte hain but woh aisa nahi kar rahe hai to please aap unse kaho ki woh mere address collect kare aur mujhe Mera amount refund kare thank you
