Our PM (Gujarat) is saying we are proud to be "Make in India" but why still foreign brands are popular & people like to purchase them coz the service they are providing.
Our make in India brand "Ajanta Clock" (Gujarat) service are pathetic than how can we believe at our own "make in India" brands.
The number given on their website are "Out of Order
The given mail ID on their website info [at] ajantaquartz [dot] com..Nobody responding the mail.
Actually I purchased a wall clock (online) direct from orpat site on 19th Feb 2024 & received on 25th Feb 2024.
But from this month the "second hour" is getting stuck between 7-8 number & making a knocking noise from the mechanism.
I already raised a complaint thru it's online site & also send a mail the given mail ID...but it's remind me that's "Make in India"
Complaint and warranty issue
I purchage Ajanta Vintage clock on 30th August 2023. This clock motor is having noise like a fan. I did not get any response after registering my complaint on toll free number. Another I called on another number which is provided on website i.e. nine nine four one two three seven one one one. Person has further diverted my call on some other number and asked me to talked on that number i.e. nine one two three three six six five two nine. Person has asked me to make a payment of Rs. 5 to register the complaint and send me the link to open the app in phone. How I may authenticate that the link is correct and not leading to any unsafe payment gateway. This is a complete ridiculous process.
I want to know the process of registering the complaint and get the clocked repaired or exchanged as it has not been more than 3 months. As per the invoice clock has one year warranty
Digital Clock (OLC302) Continously slowing down.
Dear Sir / Madam,
My digital wall clock's (OLC302) time always slows down automatically even after changing the batteries. I purchased it about 2 years ago. After purchasing it I found from the 1st day it is continuously slowing down. Within the warranty period I returned it for repair, but after bringing it home I found the same problem. How do I correct it? Please help me in this regard.

Clock not working
I had purchased an Ajanta Abstract Metal Quartz Wall Clock on 26 March 2022 through Amazon (invoice attached). The clock keeps running late by hours. I have even tried replacing it with a new battery but still it is not working. I would like to raise a complaint against it as it's not working properly, consider it as a formal complaint and look into it, which would be appreciated as it's under warranty.

Sir the watch I bought shows Ajanta Clock as 10:15 Wrong Time. Have set it at least 20 times. The batteries have also been changed. Despite that, it still shows the time zone. Sir I request you to solve this marriage problem.

On 17/12/2020, I bought 6Nos Ajanta clock DC-047 at New India Time House ,Thrissur,Kerala.
Unfortunately, your product doesn’t work properly within a month. I have to reset its time again and again yet it lags behind the time .
2 of them we gave for repairing at the same shop and still we are waiting for it.
The last and 6th piece in it got same issues in these days
Through this letter, I request you to replace the products or get it repaired by deputing someone to do this job at the earliest.

defective working of wall clock DC-087
I purchased digital wall clock DC 087, direct from manufacturer in feb 2021. The numbers digits against day, month & year are half lit, hence not readable.
In a short span of 4 months only the clock has developed the defect. Not expected such quality product from the company like Ajanta/Orpat.
Problem in digital clock model DC-117
On 06.02.21 I had purchased digital clock model no.DC-117 from authorised dealer of your company Ahuja watch, Ahmednagar.
But, there is problem in display of digits i.e. firstly some fields in temperature are becomes invisible. Afterwards, date is also gone and now first and important hour tab is also disappear now.
I had shown clock to the dealer and he kept watch' for two days. As problem not settled, he replaced the piece.
But, the same problem is again occurred to replaced piece.
Please explain now what I can do now, as I can not look towards hall of my house

A wall clock bought from Amazon (order number: 405-9695645-6517137) on 13th July 2020 which was delivered on 17th July (Sold by: Cloudtail India).I would like to raise a complaint against it as it's not working properly, consider it as a formal complaint and look into it, which would be appreciated to take action against the complaint, as it's under warranty.
I would request to stop giving the warranty as at least we will think twice before purchasing a brand item. Does an amount of 499/- not carry any value with the customer..?

Very Poor Service during warranty
Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased a alarm clock on 19 Jan 2019 from Narula Watch Company 187-190,New Gate, Near Chaupla Mandir, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001.
I faced the below challenges -
1. This dealer was not interested to give a bill of the purchase and simply put a sticker on the watch for warranty.
2. I took a bill and this watch alarm stopped functioning in Sep 2019. This dealer blamed me that I am using old cell and replaced the cell by charging 10 Rs.
3. This clock still didn't work and he asked me to come after Diwali as he is busy for Diwali sales.
4. I left the watch and after 3-4 rounds, he gave the watch and said it is functioning now but in actual it was not.
I would request to stop giving the warranty as at least we will think before purchasing a branded item. Does a small amount item 299/- not carry any value with the customer ?

I purchased Ajanta wall clock on 7th of December from our local shop "New Dipak watch company" opp. Shree Ram Appartment, Sutar na Kharkhana,Naroda Ahmedabad. I noticed that it was not working on time. Then I, by human curiosity, calculated the time... And the clock was working 7.2 seconds late par hour..i.e. 172.8 second late in 24 hours i.e. 2.52 minutes par day...what should I do to claim warranty...

AJANTA SHOES PASTING COMPLAINT
I have purchased above referred shoes (MPAKTO MEN'S SPORTS SHOES - BEIGE & BROWN = Article No: SS0993 SIZES 8) from your Hatibagan Showroom at 132/ 3A, Bidhan Sarani, Fariapukur, crossing, Kolkata – 700004. Vide cash memo no 3639/19-20b dt 12.08.19 for Rs 1000/-. Unfortunately, within 3 months, I am facing pasting problem on my said shoes. It is an unexpected from a reputed organization like you. Please arrange to do return / exchange, as soon as possible. Please note the same do the needful. Also note that I & my family is an old Ajanta Fan Customer & I never faced in my life this type of pasting problem in Ajanta Product.

cuckoo not working
I purchased a Solid Wood Cuckoo Clock CUCKOO 057- Brown back on 2017. From last year the cuckoo stopped coming out though there is regular chirping and hourly strike audio is heard.
I am from Kolkata. Would like to know if the cuckoo is repairable and where is the service center or Ajanta Orpat clock in Kolkata. Am ready to get the total cuckoo mechanism changed if at all required. Let me know the cost as well.

My clock 2817 analog digital clock is given for last 92 days to your service centre at Ranchi via retailer rego watches is still not handed over to me, as today I went to receive the clock, they handed me a damaged / broken clock which I refused to accept.
It is the 92nd day today as I given them a unbroken clock with lcd problem on 20/7/2018.
U claim that you r the largest manufacturer of clocks but your service is so poor. I am totally embarrassed with your service and feeling cheated by your warranty assurance.
