  • The dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase,
    the User can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the
    User and requesting AJIO to process a cancellation by sending an email to customercare [at] ajio [dot] com.
  • The conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted and check the Products
    display page for Product specific return information.

Since 26 August,we have returned the product from then we didn't get our refund amount Rs.850 almost 16 day no response from the ajio customer care .so,please help for the refund amount

I made an order on 6th August

I made an order on 6th August doing prepaid payment..and now it is not showing in my order status and also their is no information regarding my order..customer care services are very poor..ajio is doing fraud

Payment problem

My order has been paid, but my order is not visible in the Ajio application, now I check my order, whether it has been confirmed or not.

To deliver my order

On date 31st July 2020 my delivery came to deliver my order I paid through Gpay scan the delivery boy told me he didn’t receive the amount and ask me to pay by cash again when I refused he left without giving my stuff.And on date 4th August 2020 again I received a massage that they are delivering my order and I was waiting for whole day. At last in the evening I received a massage telling that we held your delivery as per your requested to deliver in future can you please look on this what exactly happened.i tried customer care so many times to contact but I can’t .thank u

Money which I got by return the product

Sir in my billing there were 24rupeesin my wallet, which was deducted from bill but on cod i paid full money, n when I return a product the money which I got in my wallet is less than I paid. Pls resolve my issue

I want to exchange my order which I received. The product detail is shown as packed but not delivered on ajio app.The product received is not according to which I ordered. The refund for the previous order is yet not received.Please make sure that your customer care service responds.
