Waiting time is too long

Waiting time at cardiologist is too long and management is not at all taking care of patients waiting at hospital
Hospital is giving appointment but doctor most of the case won't be sitting in seat at all
Today for us waiting time as of now is 7 hours and don't know doctor may come also
Please give some respect to patients and save their valuable time
And if you don't have a time to attend the patients then what is the meaning in giving appointment?
Stop giving appointment?
