INSTRUCTIONS
1. Application for Migration Certificate must be accompanied with the original A U Registration Certificate , copy of mark sheet of the last examination passed/appeared from A U S.
2. Candidate who did not sit in any A U Examination must enclose a certificate from the Principal / Head of the Dept. about discontinuation of concerned course.
3. The application be forwarded by the Principal / Head of the PG Deptt only after careful verification. Memo number, date and office seal are essential.
4. After issuing of Migration Certificate the candidate can not study any course under Assam University, Silchar until re-registration is done.
5. Migration Certificate must be received by the candidate within 90 (ninety) days from the date of submission of form. No claim for Migration Certificate shall be entertained after 90 days.
6. Fees may be paid in Cash OR through Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Assam University, Silchar payable at SBI, Dorgakona Branch.
7. Migration Certificate fee is 300/- ( This is subject to change)
