Return/Refund
- Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, they will try to give best possible alternatives, but
at the end choice of customer will be final.

For Shipping
- Allow 1-3 working days for customer order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm
on a business day, ready to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete,
payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped
the next business day.
- Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next
working day.
- For tracking order an e-mail/SMS containing package tracking information will be
sent after shipment.
- The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses
require one or more additional days to deliver.
For Order Cancellation

- For canceling order, customer can received a call from Customer Support Team by sending an
email giving Order Number.
Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty. They will refund the amount and it takes
upto 21 days.

These people are fraud charged me 3X price for changing the RO part. When I asked for the bill denied to provide.

Replacement of a faulty main filter

I am from kattumannarkoil Tamil Nadu. I have been using your Aquafresh water filter for many years.
Now there is some problem with the main filter for the past xx days. I made complaint with the dealer. Even after 25 days nobody came to repair repair it. Please take necessary action immediately.
