I have ordered an handbag and a wallet on October 6th till date I have no response, funny thing is my order was not yet dispatched from the owner side, I'm trying to reach via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, but no use no one is responding for anything, it's been 19 days since I have ordered, I'm just fed-up with this follow up, kindly return my amount ASAP.

, I would like to know , I didn't receive my two bags for the purpose of repair. I submitted it on September 6, 2024. My invoice number is 089, & 090 and my address is Acropolis Mall, Baggit Store, Sector Rajdanga Main Road, East Kolkata TOWNSHIP, The baggit store, Kolkata, West Bengal He told me that the store would be closed permanently on September 30, 2024. I have not received any response from the store manager. Please let me know the status of my repair of two bags .The store closed by OCTOBER 1. i have two bill copy,
